Novatek RPTSU61 Shroud Cover Plate for RotoPeen Hand-Held Scarifiers

The Novatek RPTSU61 is the replacement shroud cover plate for Novatek RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. The cover plate hardware is listed separately (RPTU262). The RotoPeen has an integrated vacuum shroud around the hub.
