The Novatek RPTA686 is the replacement rotor for the air drive motor of Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. The rotor carries the motor vanes (RPTA421) and runs inside the cylinder (RPTA451), with the rotor spacer (RPTA101) at the rear housing. Novatek recommends replacing the vanes as a set if they no longer move freely in the rotor slots.
