The Novatek RPTA685 is the locking ring that joins the motor housing to the angle head on Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. It has a left hand thread on the angle head casting and a right hand thread on the motor housing, and is tightened with the C wrench or E spanner from the RotoPeen manual.
