The Novatek RPTA342 is the replacement lever for the throttle of Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. It is held in the throttle housing (RPTA718) by the lever pin (RPTA141), with the lever return spring (RPTA177). Novatek also lists a safety lever (RPTA719).
