The Novatek RPTA146 is the replacement throttle plug for Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. It closes the throttle unit over the valve stem (RPTA143), valve spring (RPTA144) and O-ring, and is the first part removed when the throttle unit is taken apart.
