The Novatek RPTA143 is the replacement throttle valve stem for Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. In the throttle housing (RPTA718) the valve stem carries an O-ring and is closed in by the valve spring (RPTA144), a second O-ring and the throttle plug (RPTA146).
