The Novatek MFS4582 is the center bolt for the 6 cutter wheel scaling head (MFS4581) of the Novatek FlexShaft Deck Scaler. The side plates and cutter wheels are assembled on the bolt and secured with a washer and hexagonal nut, and the bolt screws into the dumbbell handle spindle.
