The Novatek MFS4536 is the front cap of the dumbbell handle on the Novatek FlexShaft Deck Scaler, item 2 in the FlexShaft parts breakdown. The cap covers the front ball race and has a left-hand thread. Its recessed holes face outward so it can be locked and unscrewed with the tool provided. It is also part of the complete 9 ft flexible shaft MFS4285.
