The Novatek 28NS512 is the large cylinder O-ring (item #12 on the 28PG, Long Reach and VSE scalers), sold as a pack of 10. Novatek uses the same O-ring in other positions: item #17 on the 19 InLine and 35 Offset scalers, and the guide plate O-ring (item #14) and front tube locking O-ring (item #25) on VRS scalers.
