Foster® Sheer Defense™ 40-51 is a mold-resistant clear coat that provides excellent resistance to mold growth in mold remediation, construction and remodeling projects. It appears white when wet but dries to a clear finish, allowing the original surface to remain visible beneath the coating. The low-viscosity formulation can be applied by hand or with airless spray systems and cures to a water-resistant, flexible and crack-resistant film.
