Return Policy

Overview

First Choice Equipment Sales & Service has a 15-day return policy for defective or damaged items only. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective or damaged.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be defective or damaged
• The item must be unopened and unused
• The item must have tags and be in its original packaging
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns on opened or used equipment. Once equipment has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return.

USED EQUIPMENT: All sales of used equipment are final. No returns are accepted on used equipment purchases.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us first at info@firstchoicedryingequipment.com before returning any item. We may be able to coordinate directly with the manufacturer for faster service and resolution.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will work directly with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund, or handle the matter ourselves to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used equipment
• Used equipment (all sales final)
• Custom or special order products
• Sale items or clearance merchandise
• Gift cards

5. Refunds and Replacements

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or we will arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped to you.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. We will work with manufacturers on your behalf to facilitate warranty claims for defective items, replacements, or repairs as applicable.
