The Novatek RPTA604 is a replacement bearing for the right angle air drive of Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. The air drive has bearings in the motor housings, on the angle head spindle and on the pinion. Novatek lists several bearings for the RotoPeen (RPTA604, RPTA605, RPTA689, RPTA722, RPTA723), so order by the part number on your parts list.
