The Novatek RPTA730 is the back flange on the drive spindle of Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. The flap hub or star cutter hub is tightened clockwise against it. The flange is held by a locking screw and removed with the pin key (RPTA419) and an end wrench.
