The Novatek RPTA451 is the replacement cylinder for the air drive motor of Novatek air RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. In the RotoPeen manual’s motor assembly steps, the cylinder is placed over the rotor and its locating pin goes into the small hole in the rear housing.
