The Novatek RPTH276 is the 2″ RotoPeen (flap) hub assembly for Novatek RotoPeen hand-held scarifiers. It holds 3M RotoPeen flaps in six slots. The quick-change hubs let a RotoPeen convert between the flap hub and the cutter hub in minutes.
