Foster® 40-20™ Fungicidal Protective Coating is a polyacrylate copolymer emulsion specifically formulated for long-term fungicidal activity. It is designed to prevent the spread of mold and odor-causing bacteria on treated surfaces, with a decade of proven effectiveness in interior and exterior HVAC duct systems as well as walls, ceilings and pipes. Its low-VOC formulation meets LEED® EQ Credit 4.2.
